Rent is held by HOMEGRID between signing and move-in. It reaches the landlord only when both parties confirm possession changed hands.
Automated monthly top-up
Set an amount that suits you and it builds toward next year’s rent automatically, so renewal is never a lump sum you have to find in one month.
Digital lease
Generated on approval and signed by both parties. The second signature is what moves the money into escrow.
Portable rental history
System-generated and never self-editable. Years of clean payment history become something a tenant can show a new landlord — which the informal market cannot offer.
Multiple reservations
Hold a home and a shop at the same time. Each is checked against the balance left after the others, and there is no per-tenant limit.
