The money is already there
A tenant cannot reserve a property they cannot afford — the check is against their real available balance at the moment they reserve. By the time you see a request, HomexGrid holds an amount for it.
Verification you do not pay for
Property verification is free for every landlord and every property. Our agent visits and photographs the property; you do not arrange the inspection.
Decide from your phone
Accept or decline a reservation from the landlord app. Please respond within 7 days; a request without a response is cancelled.
Earned on confirmed possession
Once you and the tenant each confirm the move-in, the rent is earned and yours to withdraw. The agency fee is paid by the tenant to HomexGrid and is never deducted from your rent.
How reservations work
- A tenant can reserve only after verifying their ID and completing KYC: next of kin, guarantor and occupation.
- Reserving means the tenant agrees to the itemised charges, and HomexGrid holds an amount for that reservation.
- You see every request for your home and accept one. Accepting declines the others.
- Please respond within 7 days. A request without a response is cancelled after 7 days.
