Trust & safety
Guarantees, not intentions.
Anyone can promise to hold your money safely. These are the specific mechanisms that make it true, and where each one is enforced.
Escrow releases only on dual confirmation
Both tenant and landlord must confirm independently. This is enforced by a database constraint, not only by our application code, so no future change to the software can release funds without both confirmations.
No one person can move money manually
In the rare exception where funds must move outside dual confirmation, one administrator requests it with a mandatory reason and a second, different administrator must approve. Self-approval is compared by user identity and refused — again at the database level.
Listing photographs cannot be uploaded
Our field agent app takes them through its own camera. There is no gallery picker, so a photograph of a different building cannot be substituted, and the GPS reading is compared against the listed address.
The audit log cannot be edited
Every security- and money-critical action is recorded, and the record rejects edits and deletions from every role — including our own Super Admin. That holds even if an administrator account were compromised.
Staff see only what they need
Contact and identity details are masked according to role, applied by our servers rather than hidden in a screen. A support agent handling a ticket does not see a full identity profile.
Disputes freeze nothing and move nothing
Raising a dispute leaves the money exactly where it is — not released, not returned — while it is reviewed. Resolving a case records a decision; it cannot itself move funds, because the system provides no path from one to the other.
What we have not done yet
We have not launched. We have no tenants, no landlords and no testimonials, and you will not find any on this site until we do. Nigeria’s rental market has enough people making claims they cannot back — we would rather show you an empty space.
Our handling of NIN and BVN data falls under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation, and that needs proper legal review before we take anyone’s money, not engineering best-effort afterwards.
