A HOMEGRID field agent visits every property before it goes live and photographs it through our app. Nothing is listed on a landlord’s description alone.
Reserving holds, it does not spend
When you reserve, the money is held from your wallet and is still yours. If the landlord declines or you cancel, it comes straight back to your available balance.
You decide when it is paid
Your rent reaches the landlord only after you confirm you have possession and they confirm they handed it over. If you never confirm, nothing is released — there is no deadline working against you.
More than one at a time
A home and a shop, for instance. Each reservation is checked against the balance left after your others.
