A HomexGrid field agent visits every property before it goes live and photographs it through our app. Nothing is listed on a landlord’s description alone.
Reserving holds, it does not spend
When you reserve, the money is held from your wallet and is still yours. If the landlord declines or you cancel, all of it comes straight back to your available balance, the agency fee included.
You decide when it is paid
Your rent is paid only after you confirm you have possession and the landlord confirms they handed it over. If you never confirm, nothing is released — there is no deadline working against you.
One agency fee, paid once
HomexGrid is a housing agency, and its agency fee is 5% of the annual rent, paid once. It is earned when you pack in; until then it comes back to you in full if the reservation is declined or cancelled.
